Lagoona Blue is the daughter of the Gill-man from the 1954 movie Creature from the Black Lagoon, so she loves the ocean. She has long, blond hair with blue streaks, and light blue skin. She also has several fins, webbed hands and gills behind her ears. Lagoona speaks with an Australian accent. Surfing, beach volley ball, anything that keeps her close to the ocean is what Lagoona wants. Her freaky flaw is if she's away from water for long her skin dries out. Lagoona has a pet piranha called Neptuna.
