We aren't a gluten free family, but I am starting to believe that gluten is the cause of my headaches. I've been trying to switch over to gluten free to test out my theory. I was sent a sampling of Canyon Bakehouse breads to sample recently. They are delicious! I loved the Mountain White bread, tastes just as good as my favorite breads. My family didn't even know we used the hot dog buns and hamburger buns. They never noticed a difference, and they are super picky about healthy food, lol.
