Wyler's Light ~ Add flavor to your Water!

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Jel Sert for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Drinking more water has been a huge goal of mine this year.  I bought a new water filter so we could always have cold water available in the fridge.  I've actually gotten used to just plain water, as well as my 11 year old.  My teenager however, refused to drink plain water.  She always wants some kind of flavor added.  Since the girls dance all the time, I love having the single serve packets available.  One brand that we really like is Wyler's.  They even have a light variety that my teen loves!

They come in a huge range of flavors including ~ Lemonade, Pink Lemonade, Raspberry Lemonade, Strawberry Lemonade, Strawberry, Cool Raspberry, Cherry, Cherry Limeade, Grape, Fruit Punch, Kiwi Strawberry, Sunsplash Orange, Iced Tea with lemon, Iced Tea with peach, Iced Tea with Raspberry, Half Iced Tea with Half Lemonade and new flavor Cherry Berry.

My favorite is the Cherry Limemade, my teenager loves the Half Iced Tea, Half Lemonade, husband prefers the Sunsplash orange and my 11 year old daughter loves the new cherry berry.

Wyler's Light helps you say "no" to high–calorie drinks such as soda or juice drinks and "yes" to tasty refreshing drinks in a variety of family–favorite flavors. Wyler's Light only has five calories per serving which makes it easy for everyone to drink lots of water and stay hydrated. And for family members on the go, try Wyler's Light Singles to go! Add a stick to your water bottle for a refreshing drink anytime, anywhere.

With only 5 calories per serving, Wylers's Light is a great way to add some flavor to your much needed water during the day without sacrificing your precious calories to your drink.  Great to take to the gym or like my girls do take to dance classes.  During the summer months, they workout like crazy at dance.  They always need something nice and cold to drink.

I also love taking it to the beach.  Nice refreshing taste for those hot days out in the sun swiming.

A fun tip, make a batch of your favorite flavor and freeze in ice cube trays.  Then either put the flavored ice cube in your water for a little flavor or use in place of ice cubes so you don't get a watered down drink.

Another fun tip I learned on the website.  Make your own fun dip by putting powered mix into a baggie.
